ABOUT PRISM OF POSSIBILITIES
Prism of Possibilities is a non-profit organization based in Omaha, Nebraska meeting the provisions of Title 404 NAC Community-Based Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Nebraska. Their services range from Host Home-Residential Habilitation to Independent Living, Respite care, Shared Living-Residential Habilitation, and Supported Family Living.
MISSION
The mission of Prism of Possibilities is to ensure individuals with intellectual and physical limitations or disabilities have full access to the resources, opportunities and skills necessary to achieve their greatest potential. Through compassion, care and responsible partnerships, Prism of Possibilities will achieve individualized and meaningful support for every individual we serve.
VISION
Prism of Possibilities will positively impact the lives of the people we serve by partnering with our individuals to achieve their goals and dreams that may have once seemed unattainable. Through exploration, individualized development and meaningful service, Prism ensures a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.
