Sean Heffernan is the founder of PRISM OF POSSIBILITIES. We have many years of experience working directly with participants with a wide range of disabilities and are eager to change how services are provided in order to give people with disabilities the best possible care; the same care we would want to see provided to our loved ones. We are inspired by the words of Saint Jerome: “Good, better, best. never let it rest. Until your good is better, and your better is best”.
